I had an Flightdiary account but now I cannot access it. Can you help?

You can access your account using the email address and password you used to create your account.

I forgot my email address that I used for Flightdiary account. How can I restore it?

If you are unsure of the email address that you used to create your account, please contact us and we will be happy to assist restoring your account.

I used Facebook login but now it does not work for me. What can I do?

Please use the “Forgot password” function. When using the forgot password function, please ensure you use the email address associated with your Flightdiary account at the time of account creation.

Is there a my.flightradar24 mobile app?

Currently there is no mobile app. This is something that we may consider developing in the future.

How do I export my flights?

You can export your flights in CSV format using the below link:

Can I import flights from Openflights?

Yes, under Settings > Import.

How do I add an airline that is missing in the list?

Please contact us and we will add it to our database as soon as possible.

How do I add an airport that is missing in the list?

Please contact us and we will add it to our database as soon as possible.

What do the colors of the lines on my profile map mean?

White line = future flight, orange line = 1 flight, red line = 2 flights. Then it becomes blue, and eventually black at 10 flights.
